Officer Roles and Expectations

Officers are here to provide structure for the guild, identify issues and provide an action plan to resolve them. This could be identifying a lack of gear/enchants/gems, or a lack of understanding in tactics/strategies. Having said that, the Officers are not here to hold everyone's hand. In this guild, it is the responsibility of the raider to be prepared (gear, gems, enchants, food and reading/watching strats BEFORE the raid).

Raider Roles and Expectations

Every raider must have a “main” character identified. This is the toon that is taken to raids unless the Raid Leader specifically requests that the player bring an alternate toon. This is done so we can create a balanced raiding core and make the most efficient use of loot drops.

We expect ALL raiders to learn their class and spec, monitor their own performance and do their best to be fully equiped for all raids and know/understand the raid strategy BEFORE any raid starts. If there are questions, they should addressed to the Officers ASAP. We also expect raiders to disucss their class specifics amongst each other if there any problems, in order to keep their performance as high as possible.

There are a large number of resources for players to use including these forums, other WoW websites/forums, and their fellow guild/class members!

Only active raiding players are accepted into the guild (their mains and alts). Non-raiding members (ie family, friends of friends) will not be invited.
