1. General Info
The aim of the guild bank is to help the guild overall. It acts in two ways, one is as a general pool of materials, potions, food, etc.. that is used in our current 25 man raiding in addition to quest materials, gems, common patterns. The second is a warehouse of current higher end items such as epic patterns, gems, enchanting items, etc....
2. Tabs
Items are stored in 4 tabs, described below. Basically, items are split up in tabs according to cost: Free items, Gold items, GP items and Reserved Items.
Tab 1 - Open Acess (Free)
- This tab is free for everyone with Raider rank or higher to access.
- The items in this tab are free. Keep in mind this is stocked by guild members for guild members, so if you take items out please put items in!
- Food (useful for WotLK 25 man raiding)
- WotLK Potions and temporary enchants (useful for WotLK 25 man raiding)
Tab 2 - Open Acess (Gold)
- Items in this tab have a cost in Gold. It is up to the guild members to either check the cost and deposit the gold, or if unsure check with an Officer or Schimera. The price is 50% of the median price listed on http://www.wowecon.com over the last 30 days.
- We are using the honor system for people paying items. Having said that there will also be random inspections of the bank log. Please help the guild and put in the cost for the items.

Tab 3 - Restricted Access (GP)
- Please consult an Officer if there are items you want out of this tab. The cost is desribed in the Item Cost section of this policy.

- Epic Gems
- High Gold Cost items (of any kind)
Tab 4 - Reserves
- This tab is used to store material intented for making guild raid gear.
- Primals
- Ore

- Epic Resist Gear
3. Item Cost
Items costing GP:
- Epic armor/weapon at tooltip cost
- Rare/Epic Patterns making BoP gear, at 50% tooltip cost for item that is made by the pattern
- Profession materials (ie Hearts of Darkness), 40 GP each
- Epic Gems, 40 GP each
Items costing Gold: (all cost approximate 50% average AH price, based on median price of last 30 days from http://www.wowecon.com)
- DEd items (shards, crystals)
- Rare Gems
- Rare Armor / Weapons
Free Items:
- Rare/Epic Patterns making BoE gear, given to high attendance players that will stay in the guild so they can make guild gear.
- All Green patterns
- Food, Potions
- Quest/Rep items
Using WoWEcon.com
There is a regular and premium service offered by wowecon.com. We only need to use the regular service which is free. The setps are:
- Select the server from the drop down menu at the top and enter the item into the field and hit search.
- When the results come back, click on the corresponding one and click for the last 30 days.
- heck the median price and deposit that into the guild bank for the items you take.
4. Item Deposit
It is encouraged for all guild members to use the bank. We are attempting to provide a way to help reduce the cost of raiding materials, gearing and even rep grinds. In order to do this people must contribute items. It is also encouraged to "swap" equivalent items for Rep quest turn-ins, in order to keep items flowing through the bank to players. For example in TBC, if you take out 10 Arcane Tomes, deposit 10 Fel Armaments or the equivalent.
Please deposit items in their correct tabs, otherwise an Officer has to continually go and move items around which should not be necssary.
Items we do NOT want in the bank:
- Grey/White/Green gear (of any kind, including resist gear)
